![]() ![]() I think they should discourage it through mechanics. Just slows down the game, creates some nasty situations, and so on. ![]() Macro or no macro, it`s annoying as hell from my point of view. ![]() Some products have drivers to actually support some form of macros, and a "harmless" one i saw was where you bind a mouse sidebutton to a "spam right click" macro, and then you just "swipe" your bag once, in a swift pass, while holding that button. It really isn't that hard to do manually anyway, just extra clicks.I agree with your post 100%, from a logical point of view.īut (there is always a "but" ), the whole thing is pretty "grey area". If you are running any sort of script, keyboard/mouse included, you are bypassing the system. They have explicitly stated that they do not want a gear swap feature in the game. If you can't manage it, you should pick up a different game IMO. It's part of the "skill" involved in the game. It would be a lot easier if all I had to do was hold down my mouse button as opposed to re-clicking to go from moving to attack, but that's really part of the game play. I can see how auto clicking would be nice though. Even Logitech keyboards and Razr mice that run scripts can be considered in this as they run a software script when you press that button. Any third party program that affects game play can be considered a bannable offense. ![]()
